It has favourable location in Semporna next to laundry, and jety, restaurant. Moreover, there's Billabong Scuba, based near the hotel, check it out.

Stayed here for 1 day, really enjoyed the hotel, it was clean with particularly good location in the middle of jackson. Location: the venue was close enough to restaurants, convenience store, laundry & even clinic, and restaurant.

Their staff were not very helpful.
